Return Policy: No refunds or returns once purchase is complete. Testing is not available in all states. Additional personal information is needed once testing is purchased to complete the lab requisition. Kits ship in 3 to 5 business days. Test results usually take 11 to 21 days once the lab receives your test sample. You will be contacted to schedule your report of findings once we receive your lab results. You must be over 18 to purchase this testing. There are no refunds on supplements, testing kits or lab requisitions once ordered. Testing is not available for NY, NJ, RI and this may impact other states at the time of your order. Your shipping fee maybe refunded if not used.
