Appointment w/ Dr. Plank
Clients under Dr. Plank's active care that have questions regarding their best next step, including; supplements, dosage or other nutritional or medical concerns they have.
Dr. Plank will call you at the designated time. 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule is required. Appointment fees are non-refundable without 24 hour advance notice of cancellation or reschedule.
Once you appointment is secured you will then be directed to Dr. Plank's schedule.

Return Policy: No refunds or returns once purchase is complete. Testing is not available in all states. Additional personal information is needed once testing is purchased to complete the lab requisition. Kits ship in 3 to 5 business days. Test results usually take 11 to 21 days once the lab receives your test sample. You will be contacted to schedule your report of findings once we receive your lab results.
